Starting the compilation in Indonesia, with Munir (AKA Midnight Runners). one of Southeast Asia’s most unique talents. A deep record collector, equally skilled as a producer, Munir’s signature boogie-funk & raw
sounds have graced labels such as Dopeness Galore, Darker Than Wax and No Bad Days.
For FuFu Records, he made a beautiful tropical house track adding some FX of birds chirping and joyful African singing inspired by a refreshment hike in the mountains and jungles. Besides that, Munir added some
percussion synth much like gamelan sound to put ahead the Asian vibe culture.
